I
am so happy to be able to support you all by sending
out announcements about workshops, housing, cars,
etc. My intent has been to provide this as a free
community service to our wonderful community ...
not as a business. Our community has so much talent
and so many wonderful offerings available to us
... and Trish and I have wanted to help make our
community aware of these offerings. As you know,
it has become somewhat overwhelming now with many
more requests coming in daily ... and my own schedule
demanding more of my time and energy.
By
suggestion, I have decided to make some changes
that will serve the community in 2 ways ... continuing
the announcements in a timely manner ... AND,
hiring someone from the community to help get
the announcements out in a timely manner. To
this end, it was suggested that if everyone receiving
the emails were to contribute $1 per month ($12
for the year), it would cover the costs of hiring
an assistant and the mailing service.
So,
I have decided to do just that!
1) We are asking for each person
on the list to please
donate $1 per month ($12 for the year) in order
to continue this service ... and thanks
to all of you that have already given donations
to help cover the costs! With this small donation
from you all, I will be able to pay our assistant,
Julia Fairchild, to help get the announcements
out in a timely fashion.

can make your $12 contribution by check ... or

Each
time that we have a new person coming onto the
list, they will be asked to contribute the $12.
And, each year in April we will send out a request
for new donations.

Julia and I will do our best to get the announcements
out within three days of receiving them ... and
we would like to have as much “lead time”
as possible, preferably 5 days. Our apologies
in advance if we miss your deadline, or do not
get your announcement out as soon as you would
like. If you do not see
your announcement in a timely fashion, please
call my cell phone 987-0449 (do not email about
it.)

If you have a simple announcement without graphics,
just send it as an email. If not, please see #2
below.

ALWAYS PUT "PLEASE POST" ON YOUR EMAIL
ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST. We
only send out announcements that we are asked
to send out (in the past we have sent out things
people really did not want going out to the whole
community.)

Though we support most of the political announcements
we receive, we cannot send all of them out due
to the limited monthly quota with this
newsletter program. We trust that the word will
get out through others efforts. Occasionaly our
guidance is to do so. Our purpose for this service
is to serve the local community with housing,
spiritual workshops, etc.
7)
Our policy is to send one announcement per event
due to our limited monthly email quota and resources
... contact us if you wish to make other arrangements.
